Paws of Wakulla and Be the Solution provide low cost spay/neuter vouchers for pet cats. Co -pay is $20 per cat, $30 per dog and covers surgery and anesthesia only. Vet Clinics will need to see the animals prior to surgery unless they have already been seen by a vet and are up to date on vaccines. In some cases the voucher is reduced to $5.
